Refund & Return Policy (Short)

Return window

Request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

 

  • Only sealed and unopened cases/items are accepted.

  • Must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order # / invoice) is required.

 

Non-returnable items

 

  • Opened/used food or beverages.

  • Expired items or items damaged by improper storage/heat.

  • Clearance / Final Sale items and gift cards.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos).

  • We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

 

Refunds

 

  • Issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return shipping

 

  • We cover shipping for damaged/incorrect items.

  • For all other returns, customer pays return shipping. (We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from the refund.)

 

Exchanges

 

  • Offered when stock is available; otherwise a refund will be issued.

 

NY Bottle Deposit (note)

 

  • Where applicable, New York’s bottle deposit is redeemed at local redemption centers/retailers; we do not refunddeposit amounts separately.
